In my previous post, I talked about how to include team development into your weekly work routine. Here’s an example! Attached to this post is a built guided discussion that I prepared for the 4th of July. I used this one last year with my Marines and I refined it for this year.
I built this discussion by pulling together content from the Declaration of Independence and various articles online.
The content includes discussion about values that Americans had when we declared our independence from England, values that modern Americans share in common, and exploring ideas around pursuing the American Dream.
